Rubik's Master Magic Rings Puzzle Fix?

Hi,

This is the old 12 tiles puzzle from 1987. I was showing it to some
friends the other day and the wires apparently have lost some tension,
but haven't broke. Well, one of the tiles got unwrapped from the wires
and fell out!!! Is there a way to repair these? I have no idea how to
rewrap it correctly. Anyone know how to do this or where I can take it?
